I’m a girly girl. When you’re fat, you don’t feel girlish at all.” The New Brunswick native says she was already aboutಞ lb. overweight when she got pregnant in mid-2003. She then packed on another 60 lb. while “eating for two,” a strategy that landed her in hospital during her third trimester with severe high blood pressure. After the birth of son Brett in February 2004, Herschmiller set her mind to taking off her excess cellulite and lowering her blood pressure. But she discovered it was easier said than done. “It wasn’t coming off at all,” she says. “I was exercising and everything, but it just wasn’t coming off.” Desperate to reclaim her girlish figure, she signed up at an Edmonton LA Weight Loss Center. Through a meal plan designed specifically for her, Herschmiller, 27, began eating six small nutritious meals a day.   3. @Pavarsija Looks to be. Although, from experience, I can tell you that the results won’t be obvious overnight. You’ll have to club this in with cardio and weight training (in case you want to build muscle as well) to see the results in 2 months or so.

  6. These are awesome exercises.
    However, most of the people in this video are already fit and ‘toned’.
    They don’t really need to do these exercises too hard to ‘maintain’ their shape.

  7. I bought this on dvd three years ago. I did 20 minutes every other day (alternating belly/butt and belly/thighs) and on the inbetween days I would take a casual 1 to 2 mile walk. I also followed a low fat diet plan (allowing myself one cheat meal and two cheat snacks per week). I lost 40 lbs in less than 5 months. So I think this is a great workout to do in addition to eating healthy! After having a baby I’m starting the program all over.

  11. hi just wanted to ask you i do these exercises for butt, thigh and abs daily do we have to do it empty stomach and are these 3 videos enough to reduce weight from thigh , butts and abs if i do them daily.

  12. i never used to press my back into the floor when doing crunches and i ALWAYS had a sore neck the next day

    but this video finally taught me how to do proper crunchess. AHH thankyousomuch :)

  26. i def. try this exercise! its great for me that i have a broken tail bone. it hurts if i do crunches

  27. @katiealanna Actually, yes! Pilates is safe to do daily since it doesn’t work your muscles to fatigue (and therefore require resting/rebuilding) the way traditional strength training does.

  38. This was very easy for me…what can I do that’s more challenging?

  39. i did this last summer.. made a difference! i did this everyday. but then a few months later, i got lazy and i had no time because school got in the way.. but since it’s the spring break… this is a great time to do this again. :)

    Couldn’t finish the workout just through half of it I didn’t feel anything only a sore neck.

  49. I just had foot and knee surgery, so this works for not being able to go running and do a full workout. Any more ideas on exercises when I don’t have full use of my right leg…let me know! THANKS!!!
